Go to your current internet service provider (isp) home page or web
site to view the cancellation procedures-if not available- you have
two choices:
1. COMPOSE CANCELLATION
E- MAIL AND SEND TO YOUR CURRENT PROVIDER MAKING SURE ALL THE
PERTINENT INFORMATION IS INCLUDED! ALSO REQUEST VERIFICATION OF
CANCELLATION BY RETURN E-MAIL OR US MAIL!
2. CALL THEIR TECH SUPPORT
NUMBER AND CANCEL BY FOLLOWING THE PROMPTS TO CANCEL SERVICE. -IF NOT
AVAILABLE- FOLLOW PROMPTS TO SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE. HAVE ALL THE
